Ms. MAHTA, the founder of MAHTATALENT, embarked on her career as a psychologist, earning a bachelor’s degree in Psychology. However, an intriguing turn in her journey led her to explore the world of commercial acting, a transition that kindled a profound interest and ultimately inspired the creation of her own agency. Guided by the belief that individuals should wholeheartedly embrace their goals and aspirations,

Ms. Maryam currently serves as a partner at MAHTATALENT and manages the Dubai office. Her journey with MAHTATALENT began as the Event and Operation Manager, showcasing her versatile skills in event coordination and management. Ms. Maryam holds a bachelor’s degree in international business management and has been an integral part of MAHTATALENT since 2015.

Under her guidance, a diverse and talented group of individuals collaborates during events and projects. she firmly believes in the potential for anyone to achieve success when they set their mind to it.

She attributes the strength of her team to a unique philosophy — understanding individual needs and aspirations as if they were her own. Building a team, to her, is akin to developing a family first and then evolving together as a cohesive unit.
