Our Story
MAHTATALENT is derived from the name of the CEO of our company. MAHTA means the moon. As you can see in the company logo, there is a woman sitting on the moon and there is a star above the moon. It means that with MAHTATALENT you goes to the moon and becomes a star, meaning that the impossible becomes possible.
Let’s rewind to the moments before MAHTATALENT became a reality.
In 2010, Ms. MAHTA, the visionary founder of the agency, initially ventured into the advertising and film industry as an actress. However, her experience revealed significant flaws in the existing talent agencies, notably issues with ethics and organization. Determined to instill positive change, she embarked on a three-year freelance journey in cast directing and talent preparation.
During this time, Ms. MAHTA not only honed her skills but also gained invaluable insights, preparing to enter the market with a commitment to principles. Swiftly earning the trust of both clients and talented individuals, she became a renowned figure in the industry. Notably, Ms. MAHTA played a pioneering role in Qatar’s nascent talent field, serving as the first cast director in the filming industry. This marked her as one of the trailblazers in Qatar’s talent landscape.
With a wealth of experience and a vision for improvement, Ms. MAHTA decided to establish MAHTATALENT. She infused the agency with three foundational principles: Promise, honesty, and respect – principles that, in her belief, can form the bedrock of any successful business.
